There are two houses on the plot.
The first:
A family house built in 1995. 30-inch Y-tong masonry. Bridging beams are double-stacked, lined with ceramic tiles. The roof is covered with Bramac tiles. The covering is basic plaster and thermal insulation plaster. The windows and doors are double-glazed and thermally insulated. On the ground floor, there is burglar-proof foil on the rear windows. The living room is parqueted, the dining room is parqueted, the other rooms are tiled. Air conditioning is installed in all rooms. The garage is also tiled. There is underfloor heating in all rooms downstairs, including the garage. Upstairs, radiator heating in all bedrooms and the bathroom. The heating is provided by a gas boiler. The hot water is provided by an Ariston boiler, which can be controlled via wifi. The downstairs bathroom has a steam cabin, sink, toilet and a heating cartridge radiator. The bathroom above has a corner bath, a toilet, a bidet and a double sink. All appliances in the kitchen (sink, refrigerator, oven, gas hob) remain. The garage can be accessed through a Hörmann electric door. From here you can access the boiler room, where the boiler and the boiler are located. The attic is insulated with insulation wool and can be packed. On the upper floor, the knee wall height is 110cm, so there is more space at the roof/wall junction.
The second:
Built in 1988. The masonry is B30 brick. The roof is slate-covered. One room + living room + bathroom + garage. The garage can be converted into a room. It was used that way last year. The living room is equipped with air conditioning. The other rooms had gas convectors, but they were closed. The room has parquet flooring, the other rooms have tiled floors. The sewage drain here is not connected to the sewer network. There is a local clearing in the yard. The attic can be packed.
The house is sold fully furnished. Only personal belongings will be removed.
