Located in the Quyquyho district, Paraguarí Department, 33 km from Caapuc and 176 km from Asunción via Ybycuí (or 207 km from Asunción via Caapuc), is the "ESTANCIA SAN MIGUEL" estate, an agricultural and livestock farm.

The land is currently used for cattle ranching and sugarcane cultivation (leased).
