Current Activity
Currently, the ranch is dedicated to raising cattle and selling weaned calves, raising females for replacement, and selling mature fat cows.
The herd fluctuates between 2,500 and 3,000 head of cattle depending on the time of year and sales. The production of the calves also varies depending on several production factors.
It also has a small flock of sheep for sale and internal consumption, and a herd of 38 buffalo currently. With fields suitable for pasture establishment (pangola grass) and with the cleaning of the breeding fields, with natural grasslands, the farm's animal capacity could be increased, as well as calf production.
Under current conditions, the extraction rate is approximately 30%, almost 1,000 head sold per year, with maintenance in the herd.

Description of Improvements
Corrals: 2 units. One at the Central location and another at the Retiro location. The first one has 250 linear meters, palm-thatched railings, quebracho wood posts, a covered corral, chute, headgate, operating shed, and scales (132 m²). It has electricity and water.
The one at the Retiro location has similar characteristics to the first, only larger (350 linear meters). The railings have been completely renovated and it has a dip bath (10,000 liters). It also has a loading ramp and sheep pen (320 m² – 35 m² covered).
Internal Roads: 15 km of leveled, filled embankment with bridges and culverts. 12 km of graded road for internal communication and water source control.
Electricity: 4.5 km of single-phase power lines, quebracho wood poles, and two 25 kV transformers. 25m antenna and ancillary facilities.

Main House (360 m2, of which 150 m2 is a gallery): 4 bedrooms, 2 en suite, living room, dining room, guest bathroom. Clay tile flooring inside and cement plaster in the gallery. Hollow brick walls, glazed windows with wooden frames. Sheet metal roof with a false ceiling.
Garage/Garage: In front of the house. 80 m2 covered with bamboo.
Caretaker's House (42 m2): 2 rooms. Brick floor, hollow brick walls, wooden frames, sheet metal roof with a false ceiling.
Kitchen/Dining Room (144 m2, of which 75 m2 is a gallery): Kitchen, storage room, 1 bedroom, bathroom, dining room in the gallery. Smooth cement floor, hollow brick walls, wooden openings, sheet metal roof.
Staff Housing (121 m2, of which 47 m2 is a gallery): 3 bedrooms, living area with stove. Smooth cement floor, fired brick walls, tile roof with shingles.
Bathroom Area (14 m2 distributed in 2 rooms: 1 shower area and another toilet): Smooth cement floor, brick walls, sheet metal and tile roof.
