This valuation is intended to determine the market value and quick-sale value of the property described below, in accordance with the rigorous valuation methodology required by the banking regulator. The property will serve as collateral for loan transactions by XXXXX Bank XXXXX.

Cadastral No. 30 in the Lima District: registered and active in the SNC database. The cadastral register is in the names of Agropecuaria Cuatro Vientos S.A. and INDERT.
