Renovated country house with barn and plot of land situated in a village near river 60 km away from Vratsa, Bulgaria. The main building has two levels connected via both internal and external stairs. The ground floor holds corridor, kitchen, living room, boiler room and a niche which can be turned into storage area. The second level consists of corridor, two bedrooms, sitting area, terrace and spacious shower room with toilet. The house had been empty for about three years now as the previous owners moved to another property in the same area but they still maintain the place. The main building was renovated several years ago when it was purchased. The owners did new wiring, new plumbing, new double-glazed PVC windows, new floors, new plastering and paint on all walls and ceilings. A central heating system was installed and the pipelines are still in place but the rest of it was moved to the new property and is in use there. The property received a new cesspit too. One of the biggest rivers in Europe, the Danube river is about 20 minutes north from the property and so are the border with Romania and the ferry crossing.
