The hotel was originally built in 2001. It has been newly remodeled in 2022/23, with a modern, BOHO fresh tropical feel, it is exactly what this hotel needed! Each room is equipped with full bathrooms, SMART TV, WIFI, AC and mini refrigerators in each room. Our 4 Standard rooms sleep two adults and offer one 1 queen bed, then we have 4 standard plus rooms offer 1 queen bed 1 individual bed, 3 Deluxe rooms sleeping 4 and a studio apartment. We also have 4 x 2 bedroom apartments that have 1 queen bed and two individuals that can make a king. (please note these are the Derechos - owner owned apartments They pay a common fee $150 per month - to the hotel to have access to hotel facilities.) We currently operate the business for them so the hotel collects commissions also. They are responsible for all their own utilities as they are titled Corporate Derechos and have their own water and electrical meters so they are separate from the hotel.
Due to the diversity of this hotel, you can capitalize on all of the accommodated markets, from overnight stays, short term guests and longer term guests if you choose. We have a covered common kitchen and BBQ area that is perfect for hanging out and cooking your fresh caught fish or this space is great for hosting retreats, it can be used for workshops, meeting, activities and more…the options are endless with this property, not to mention that there is a ton of room to expand on this 4-acre property providing you with the possibility to offer more accommodations.

There is a full-service restaurant if you decide to open up a bar and restaurant - they currently only provide breakfast so - opening up the bar and restaurant would be another revenue stream.
